I had some that were tight but still primed okay, just a little harder than usual with my hand primer.

Yep. I have seen that they can be tough. If I move the case around the primers do seat without swaging, but they are a bear to prime

I have very little of their brass, but I have noticed the primer pockets are rather tight. I usually prime on the press so it is not much of a problem with the extra leverage.

I had some .38 special cases.that were horrible, I started to stage them, but they went in the scrap bucket instead, I have plenty of brass on hand, and the work didn’t seem worth the reward, they were so tight it was crushing the primer before it got seated.

I just deprived a mess of 45 brass with the Frankford Arsenal hand deprimer. I could always tell when an s&b case was in there, because it took much more force to pop the primer out.

Yeah they are tight. I swage them now because I hand prime them. I imagine it wouldn't be a problem priming on the press though.
